Karla went above and beyond throughout the entire process of preparing and selling our home. She made sure the house was beautifully staged and guided us through every step . She handled all our questions and negotiations even when they involved things outside the contract and was always available when we needed her. Karla even advanced funds to help complete projects so the house would meet the closing requirements. She was responsive, dependable, and always ready to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent, and we highly recommend her!

Karla Ryan was exceptional. With everything going on in our lives, she was able to help us navigate the process of buying a home. As first time homebuyers, we felt she went above and beyond, explained each step of the process, and shared her experiences with what to look for. She was highly professional and always accessible. Where to begin? I have purchased and sold probably at least a dozen properties in my 73 years utilizing real estate agents for each sale. Truthfully never have. I had an agent so totally vested in my well-being as Karla Ryan To say she’s a professional is an understatement. Everything is followed through. Everything is checked and double checked. Everything that is supposed to be is forwarded to us. Reminders are sent well in advance of anything that needs to be done ,such as her sending us a reminder months after the sale reminding us to file-our homestead exemption prior to March 1. Carla didn’t request or prompt this testimonial. I very seldom take the time to write one for anyone, but my wife and Iwanted to write one for Karla. We would have given her six stars if possible. .

Karla was instrumental in helping us both buy and sell our home. She was thorough when we bought from out of state, capturing the houses well and articulating all the details. When a job change prompted selling, Karla provided guidance on staging and held several open houses, allowing our listing to reach a wide audience. On top of all that, she is a kind and caring person. We would not hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to friends and family. We cannot thank Karla enough!

Karla is simply the best! As first time homebuyers, we were pretty naive about what all goes into buying a home. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient with all of our questions and made the process really fun. She always notices things we never would have about the homes we toured. We are now in a home we absolutely love thanks to Karla. Already referred her to friends and family!

A place where I could stay while working in the area and a place we could be together during the cold months of the midwest. Karla was amazing and very patient with us. She showed us a wide range of options and she kept us informed of opportunities as they arose. We finally found just the right place and are very happy with how seamless the entire process was. Karla went above and beyond our expectations in helping us to find the right home. She never seemed to tire of days devoted to showing us new options, often finding homes that we would never have found on our own. She was a delight to work with. Despite her pleasant demeanor, she was tough and worked diligently in our negotiations. She represented us with the highest level of professionalism, even when others were difficult to deal with. I absolutely loved working with Karla! One of the best realtors I have ever encountered. She help me by my house in 2015 and then resell it again in 2018. I was living out of state when I had to sell my house. Karla took over everything for me and I never needed to worry about a thing… She is amazing and knows her stuff!
